How do I order online?

We've made ordering online as simple as possible. Find the product you like, go to the detail page for that item, follow the steps under "Enter Order Information Below."  When you have added finished adding your product to the "Shopping Cart" go to "Check Out" where you will be requested to sign in and complete your shipping information.  Decide on the type of shipping, enter your credit card info and submit the order.  Once you submit your order you will immediately receive a confirmation message and an order number. 

 

How long will it take to get my order?

That’s up to you. When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique order number. We will prepare your proof within one business day. We will ship your order out no more than three business days after receiving your approval of the proof. We offer several shipping choices from ground (3-7 business days) to next day air, depending on the urgency of your order. Usually ground orders within the U.S. are received within a week of the order date.

 

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time we receive your order. Should you need to cancel your order before we create a proof, we can issue a full refund.  If we have already created your proof we will refund all but $10.  For obvious reasons we cannot cancel an order after printing.

 

How do I know that I’ll be satisfied with the paper weight and quality?

All of our cards are printed on premium paper. We are very careful to limit our designs to only those that are printed on paper appropriate for the intended occasion.  If you’d like to see any card in advance, we will gladly send you a sample (no more than three please).  Simply find a card you like and contact us via Live Help or send the item number and your mailing address to us in an email to: info@absolutelypaper.com to receive samples.

 

Can you send me a catalog?

We do not print a catalog as all of our designs are displayed here on the site. However, we are glad to send you a sample (no more than three please). Simply find a card you like and send us an email at info@absolutelypaper.com containing the item number and your mailing address, Subject: Sample Request.

 

Can I get my envelopes sent to me in advance?

Yes...we understand that you might want to get a head start addressing your envelopes.  We will pre-ship your envelopes (within one business day of receiving your order) regardless of the quantity for a $10 charge.  Please note that in most cases this is unnecessary as we usually ship the printed cards a day or two after the pre-shipped envelopes.  Usually this service is of most value to expectant mothers ordering birth announcements.

I am expecting a baby but I don’t yet know my child’s gender, weight, etc...can I order a birth announcement anyway? No problem. Just choose a birth announcement design you like for one gender and order it. When prompted to enter the text, just type in “I do not know text yet...Please hold printing until I contact you.” Then, when your baby is born, just email or call us with your text and we’ll start printing. If your child turns out to be of the other gender, just choose another design that is priced the same and let us know to exchange the card. The advantage is that you will have taken care of the shopping and ordering before you have your hands full with your new baby. You may even elect to choose the “pre-ship envelopes” option so that you can get started addressing your envelopes.

 

Can I order by phone?

Yes, we will gladly accept your order by phone. If you feel more comfortable using the phone you can contact us by Live Chat and ask us to call you or just give us a call at our toll free number  (866) 720-6823.  If we are not available simply leave a message and we will get back to you.  Or you can send us an email message at info@absolutelypaper.com letting us know your phone number and when you would like for us to call you.

 

Is it safe to order online from AbsolutelyPaper.com using my credit card?

Absolutely. We take every precaution to ensure your transaction is safe, including encrypting your information and sending it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. In addition, we will never share your information with any other marketer (see our Absolutely Ironclad Privacy Guarantee).

 

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not yet been printed, we can easily cancel it- just contact us right away. Should you need to cancel your order before we create a proof, we can issue a full refund (if we have already created your proof we can refund all but $10). If your order has already been custom printed we are unable to cancel it because it is impossible for us to reuse the cards. If you would like to promptly return a blank card order we are glad to refund all but your shipping charges.

 

Which credit cards are accepted?

AbsolutelyPaper.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

 

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?

You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after AbsolutelyPaper receives your order. If you do not receive this message there was a problem with transmitting your order.  If this occurs please contact us.

 

Can I change the delivery address?

We will be happy to change the address as long as your order has not yet been shipped...just contact us.

 

Why isn't your site working with my browser?

Ordering from our site does not require the latest and greatest technology, but it does require that you're using an SSL-compliant browser (this means it has a "secure" mode). Web TV and some browsers behind company firewalls do not support secure ordering--please call us. For best results we recommend using Netscape Navigator 4.0 or later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later. For AOL users, we recommend the 3.0 or later AOL browser for PCs or the 4.0 browser for Macs.
